On the dates and times below, we will be running a coached junior session, whether they are a member or not, whether they are an experienced hockey player or not! We will also be running a social hockey session at the same time, which will start with a 20-30 minute structured fitness session (as light or intense as you wish)

The social hockey session is aimed at all abilities, 13 years and over, and is a great chance to get friends/family/housemates and even those who haven’t even picked up a stick before involved. The Junior session is open to any juniors under the age of 13.

Parents can even give it a try while their kids are being coached!

Junior sessions - £5 per session or £20 for all 6
Social hockey - £3 per session or £15 for all 6
