All, we been invited to play in a mixed tournament at Warwick School next Friday night 6-8pm
Whilst its not hockey season and late notice on a Friday night hoping people can make it.

All,
Just by way of providing more details for Friday we have received the below information, it should be a great event!
I think our first game will be 6.10, and we will have at least five 10 min games. I know some people may struggle to get there early, please dont worry, we should have enough players to manage first game but do let me know!
Please also wear green shirts if possible, i do have some spares though.

“Below you will find some logistical details and information for the evening.
Car Parking Post Code: CV34 6PP
• Car Parking will be in the “junior school” and signs will direct you towards the Astroturf.
Arrival time: 5:45pm.
1st Push back: 6:00pm.
BBQ style food and drinks available: 6:00pm-7:00pm.
Event end: 8:00pm
Hockey equipment Please ensure all players have sticks, shin pads and gums shields. We may be able to support with sticks if needed.
Age and number of players Some clubs may have younger and older player than U10. All are aiming for mixed gender. Please be mindful that we are trying to create a memorable experience for all players. ?
Food We will cater for everyone once we receive estimated numbers of supporters and player from the hockey clubs. Each participant and supporter will be able to help themselves to a drink and food between 6:00 and 7:00pm (I appreciate not the perfect scenario with children running around, next year changes can be made to the timings on food ?).
First Aid The staff of the school are 1st aid trained and the sports centre staff will be called upon in the case of an emergency.
Toilets Toilets can be found in the sports centre on the 1st floor.
Supporters Guidelines Please congratulate all good play. Please support all players who you can see need support. :)”
